Facts & figures

Although domestic abuse is chronically under reported, research estimates it:

accounts for 16% of all violent crime
will affect 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men in their lifetime
77% of victims of domestic abuse are women
has more repeat victims than any other crime (on average there will have been 35 assaults before a victim calls the police)
on average, two women are killed every week by a current or former male partner
one incident of domestic abuse is reported to the police every minute

ECDL Advanced

Cost £125.00 per module

WAVE I.T. Centre currently delivers three of the Advanced ECDL modules (Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Powerpoint) as distance learning with email support. We supply you with the courseware you need and when you're ready you take your test at our training centre at 101 Railway Road, Leigh just let us know and we will make the arrangements required..

The total cost includes your courseware, email support and externally marked BCS test (but not re-testing if you fail, re-tests cost £25 each).

Testing only fee is £100.
